Karl is what you should expect from a professional. Courteous, accommodating, thorough and detailed. I hired him for a project that would take over a week. During the first week, I was pleased enough that I went ahead and contracted another portion of the project that I had planned to do. The price is right, the quality of work is excellent. He's not the cheapest, but you get a lot of quality for the money. I'm especially pleased with his clean up. The work done was to put in a dividing wall in a finished basement. He need to tie into the existing walls, work around ducting, and some odd features of the house. We got it figured out, and he did the framing, drywall, mudding/taping, and painting. I had planned to put in new floors after he was done, but went ahead and hired him to do it instead.Two days for him,saved me a lot of time, and he did a much more professional job than I could have. After all that work, including the sanding of the drywall which is extremely messy, you couldn't tell that the basement had just undergone a major renovation!
